Delete your account
You can delete your Ranza Academy account at any time, whoever invited you or sponsors your learning. You can also just leave an organisation and keep your account.
How to delete it
- Sign in and open your Profile, section "Your data and account".
- Choose "Delete my account" and type your email to confirm. You are signed out everywhere.
- Your account is deleted after 30 days. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion.
What is deleted
Your name, email, mobile, photo and sign-in links (Google, Microsoft); your work, test answers and recordings, projects, posts and replies, bookings, notifications and conversations; your WhatsApp messages with Ranza.
What is kept
Payments and invoices, for accounting, linked to an anonymous account. Your WhatsApp number on a "do not contact" list only, so you receive no more messages.
Leaving an organisation
If you joined another organisation's space as a guest, you can leave it from your Profile without deleting your account.
You can't sign in?
Write to contact@ranzaacademy.com from the email of your account, asking for its deletion. We answer within 30 days.
