Ranza SARL, operator of Ranza Academy, is committed to protecting the personal data of the platform's users, in line with the principles of necessity, proportionality, and transparency.

1. Data we collect We collect: your account information (name, email, phone, island of residence); your self-assessment answers and progress through the journey; the projects, documents, and photos you submit; your profile photo if you upload one; your history of exchanges with Msaidizi and service requests; and the technical connection logs needed to keep the site secure.

2. Why we use it This data is used to run your account, evaluate your project and direct you to the right stage, connect you with a mentor or provider, track sponsor vouchers issued by ANPI, and improve Msaidizi's knowledge base content.

3. Who can see your data Depending on your role and visibility choices: your assigned mentor, ANPI officers within your organisation, and — only if you turn on your profile's public visibility — other visitors to the site (for mentors and providers). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Cookies The site uses an essential cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent, we may also use anonymised audience-measurement cookies to understand how the site is used; you may decline these without affecting your access to the platform.

5. Data retention Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. After account closure, data strictly necessary for our legal obligations or to resolve ongoing disputes may be kept for a limited period.

6. Your rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by writing to contact@ranzaacademy.com. We respond to every request within a reasonable time.

7. Security Your passwords are stored in hashed (encrypted) form and are never accessible in plain text, including by our own team. Access to data is limited to people whose role requires it.

8. Minors The platform is not intended for people under 18 without a legal guardian's consent.

9. Changes This policy may be updated; the date of the latest version appears below.
