Terms of Use

Welcome to Ranza Academy, the entrepreneurship academy operated by Ranza SARL, a limited liability company registered in the Moroni Trade and Movable Credit Register under no. 437/20 and no. 9626-B-20 (see the last section). By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the platform Ranza Academy is open to entrepreneurs, mentors, trainers, investors, service providers, sponsors and partner organisations, wherever they are based. You must give accurate information when registering, keep your password confidential, and be at least 16 years old; between 16 and 18, registering requires the agreement of a parent or legal guardian. Ordering in the shop needs no account.

2. The four-stage journey The platform organises support into four stages (Awareness, Education, Activation, Execution). Your progress depends on your self-assessment, the courses you complete and, depending on the stage, on an evaluation by a mentor or reviewer. Ranza Academy does not guarantee any business outcome, funding or future support.

3. Accounts, roles and partner organisations Each role (entrepreneur, mentor, trainer, investor, provider, partner officer, administrator) has its own access rights, described in the interface. Partner organisations have their own space on the platform; their officers see the data of their own organisation only. A mentor, trainer or reviewer may view information from your profile, your work and your projects as part of your support.

4. Free access and membership Every new learner receives a free trial with full access. After the trial you remain an Explorer, free of charge and without time limit: Stage 1 in full, a preview of every other course, and one course of your choice followed in full with its certificate. A membership opens every programme and course, all certificates and programme awards, mentoring and live class sessions. What each plan includes, its price and the length of the trial are shown on the Pricing page. We may change the plans or their prices for future purchases; a period you have already paid for is never affected.

5. Payments and renewal Prices are in euros; the equivalent in Comorian francs is shown at the fixed parity. Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal and take effect immediately; we never receive your card details. The monthly plan renews automatically every month, at the price you subscribed at, until you stop it. The 6-month and 12-month plans are paid once and do not renew. For mobile money, MECK and cash payments, you receive a reference code, pay, and send us the transaction number or a receipt; your membership starts when our team confirms the payment, usually within a working day. Fees charged by your bank or operator are your responsibility.

6. Cancelling and changing plan You can stop the monthly renewal at any time in Membership → Billing. Nothing more is charged, and you keep your access until the end of the month already paid. If you move from the monthly plan to a 6-month or 12-month plan, the monthly renewal stops once the new plan is paid, and the new months begin when your current month ends. The Billing page shows your plan, your next payment and your payment history.

7. Refunds To ask for a refund, write to contact@ranzaacademy.com with your payment reference. We review each request. We may refund the unused part of your membership, calculated by the day, or the full amount where justified, for example a duplicate payment or a fault on our side that prevented access. Refunds are made by the method you paid with: through PayPal for card and PayPal payments, by mobile money or in cash for the others. When the unused time is refunded, access ends on the day of the refund and any monthly renewal stops. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.

8. Certificates and programme awards A course certificate is issued when you complete every lesson of the course, including its assessments. A programme award is issued when every course of the programme is completed with the required mark. Each certificate and award carries a code that anyone can verify on the site. We may withdraw a certificate or award obtained by fraud or by someone else doing the work.

9. Content you submit You remain the owner of the projects, documents, recordings, photos and messages you submit. By submitting them, you authorise Ranza Academy to display them to the people entitled to see them: your mentors, trainers and reviewers, the officers of your organisation, investors if you make a project available to them, and the public if you choose to publish. A public project summary appears only after our team approves it, and you can withdraw it at any time. You warrant that you hold the rights to what you submit.

10. Mentoring, classes and evaluations Mentors, trainers and reviewers share their experience and give their assessment in good faith. Their guidance, marks and feedback do not replace professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and decisions about your business remain yours.

11. Service providers, vouchers and sponsored places Providers are accredited by Ranza Academy or by a partner organisation and offer services at a fixed price, within a range, or on quotation. Vouchers and sponsored places issued by Ranza Academy, a sponsor or a partner organisation give a free or subsidised place or service under the conditions stated when they are issued. Ranza Academy is not a party to the contract between an entrepreneur and a provider and is not responsible for the services delivered. A sponsored place may include a period of membership, which runs from the day the code is used. The organisation that issues it can follow its cohort's progress, as described in the privacy policy.

12. Investors Ranza Academy introduces projects that entrepreneurs have chosen to present to investors. It does not give investment advice, hold funds, or guarantee any project, valuation or return. A readiness score reflects how well a project is prepared, not how it will perform. Investors carry out their own checks and agree terms directly with the entrepreneur, and must keep confidential the information they access.

13. Msaidizi, the platform's assistant Msaidizi answers from the content published on the platform: the FAQ, guides, these terms and the privacy policy. Its answers are for guidance only and do not replace professional, legal or financial advice.

14. Online shop The shop lists items sold by Ranza SARL (Ranza Multi-Services & Impressions) and by other shops hosted on the platform. An order can be placed without an account, on the site or on WhatsApp, using an order reference. The price, any delivery fee and the payment methods the shop accepts are shown before you confirm; depending on the shop, you may pay in full or a deposit of at least half. The shop confirms the order once the payment is received. Each shop is responsible for the items it sells, their preparation and their delivery.

15. Acceptable use You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others' rights, not to share your account or try to access someone else's, not to copy or redistribute course content, and not to use the platform for anything other than learning, entrepreneurship support and the related services.

16. Suspension and termination We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile ("Your data and account"): it is deleted after 30 days, and signing in again before then cancels the deletion. A monthly renewal stops as soon as you ask; you may ask for a refund of the unused part as described in section 7. Payment and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as accounting regulations require, including after deletion; the privacy policy sets out what is erased and what is kept. If we close an account for a serious breach, the membership ends without refund; in other cases the unused part is refunded as described in section 7.

17. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Ranza SARL is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including business or investment decisions made on the basis of an evaluation, a course, or an exchange with a mentor, provider or investor.

18. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of the Union of the Comoros. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Moroni, unless the law that applies to you provides otherwise.

19. Changes We may update these terms; the date of the last update appears below. If a change affects a membership you have paid for, we will tell you by email or on the platform before it applies. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
