Financial Literacy Mastery
The next step after Financial Literacy Essentials: real financial planning skills for a growing business — forecasting cash flow, reading your own numbers, planning for uncertainty, and using Comoros' real financing tools (guarantee funds, cooperative loans) with confidence, not guesswork. This is not about setting a price or writing a funding pitch — those live in their own courses — this is about planning and forecasting your finances like a professional.
Objectives
- Build a 3-month cash-flow forecast from real, not hoped-for, numbers.
- Read a basic profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet well enough to spot a real problem.
- Plan for at least two realistic 'what if' scenarios, not just the best case.
- Evaluate SOGAK's guarantee scheme and Union des Meck's loan products as real financing options, not just theory.
- Apply basic debt and credit discipline before taking on any financing.
