Terms of Service

Welcome to Ranza Academy, the entrepreneurship support platform operated by Ranza SARL, an initiative of the National Agency for Investment Promotion (ANPI) of the Union of the Comoros. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the platform Ranza Academy is for entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, service providers, and ANPI officers based in the Comoros or the diaspora. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential.

2. The four-stage journey The platform organises support into four stages (Awareness, Education, Activation, Execution). Your progress depends on your self-assessment and, depending on the stage, on a mentor's or ANPI officer's evaluation. Ranza does not guarantee any business outcome, funding, or future support.

3. Accounts and roles Each role (entrepreneur, mentor, investor, provider, officer) has different access rights, described in the interface. A mentor or ANPI officer may view certain information from your profile and projects as part of your support.

4. Content you submit You remain the owner of the projects, documents, photos, and messages you submit. By publishing them, you authorise Ranza to display them on the platform to authorised people (mentors, officers, or the public if you choose public visibility). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any content you submit.

5. Service providers and sponsored places Providers accredited by ANPI offer paid or quote-based services. Sponsor vouchers issued by ANPI or a partner grant a free or subsidised place under the conditions stated when issued. Ranza is not a party to contracts between an entrepreneur and a provider and is not responsible for the quality of services delivered.

6. Msaidizi, the platform's assistant Msaidizi answers your questions based on content published by ANPI and Ranza. Its answers are provided for guidance only and do not replace professional, legal, or financial advice.

7. Acceptable use You agree not to publish unlawful, misleading content or content that infringes others' rights, not to attempt to access other users' accounts, and not to use the platform for purposes other than entrepreneurship support.

8. Suspension and termination Ranza may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms. You may request closure of your account at any time by writing to contact@ranzaacademy.com.

9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Ranza SARL is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including business or investment decisions made on the basis of evaluations or exchanges with a mentor.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of the Union of the Comoros. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Moroni, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Changes Ranza may update these terms; the date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
